Avocado Toast with Soft-Boiled Eggs

Ingredients (for 2 toasts)2 slices of bread (sourdough or your favorite)1 ripe avocado2 eggs1 tsp lemon juiceSalt, to tasteBlack pepper + chili flakes (for topping)InstructionsCook the eggsBring a pot of water to boil.Gently add the eggs and cook for 6–7 minutes for soft-boiled.Remove, cool in cold water, then peel and slice.Prepare the avocadoMash the avocado in a bowl with lemon juice and a pinch of salt.Toast the breadToast the bread slices until golden and crisp.AssembleSpread mashed avocado over each toast.Layer the sliced eggs on top.Sprinkle with black pepper and chili flakes.Enjoy
