Lemon blueberry recipe

Ingredients:1/3 cup melted butter1 cup of sugar3 tablespoons of lemon juice2 eggs1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon of salt1/2 cup of milk2 t lemon peel1/2 cup chop walnuts, optional1 c fresh or frozen blueberriesGlaze2 tablespoons of lemon juice1 tablespoon of melted butter1 cup confectioner’s sugarInstructions:In a mixing bowl, beat the butter with 1 cup sugar, juice and eggs. Mix flour with baking powder and salt; Stir into the egg mixture alternating with the milk. Add lemon zest, nuts and berries. Pour the mix to greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 60 to 70 minutes.GlazeMix all ingredients well. Sprinkle over the bread.Enjoy!
