Today, I made a meatloaf with Stovetop Stuffing.Recipe:2 lbs ground beef1-6oz box of stuffing mix, anything but cornbread kind. Don’t prepare, use dry.2 eggs1/2 c water1/2 c ketchup1/2 tsp each of garlic and onion powderA splash of Worcestershire sauceSalt and pepper, if desiredPreheat oven to 350°Mix everything together, shape into a loaf on a broiler pan so the grease can drip off while cooking. Brush ketchup or whatever topping you like on top.Bake for 1 hr. Let sit for 10 minutes after removing from oven.Enjoy!
