Ingredients
- 2 lemons (preferably organic)
- 4–5 fresh garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons honey (optional, for taste and soothing)
- 1 cup warm water
Instructions
- Peel the garlic cloves and crush or finely chop them.
- Squeeze the juice from the lemons.
- In a small saucepan, gently warm the cup of water (do not boil).
- Add the crushed garlic to the warm water and let it steep for 5–10 minutes.
- Strain if desired, then stir in the lemon juice and honey.
- Drink this mixture warm, 1–2 times a day for up to 3 days.
Tip: Make fresh each time. Warm (not hot) temperature preserves the beneficial compounds in garlic and lemon.
Would you like me to format it as a tea/syrup style (like a concentrated mixture you can store) or as a fresh drink to be made each time?
