Let marinate for approximately 15-30 mins.Next, heat oil in a pan or wok if you have one. Sear the beef in batches until nicely browned. Remove and set aside.In the same pan, add and sauté the garlic, the ginger, onions, and bell peppers for 4-5 mins until they’re tender-crisp.Then add the beef back into the pan and pour in the sauce mixture.Mix well until the sauce thickens and coats everything (approximately 1-2 mins).
