  • 4–5 fresh garlic cloves

Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic cloves and crush or finely chop them.
  2. Squeeze the juice from the lemons.
  3. In a small saucepan, gently warm the cup of water (do not boil).
  4. Add the crushed garlic to the warm water and let it steep for 5–10 minutes.
  5. Strain if desired, then stir in the lemon juice and honey.
  6. Drink this mixture warm, 1–2 times a day for up to 3 days.
