You can also use store-bought garlic & herb cheese.Assemble the Roll:Roll out the puff pastry on a clean surface.Spread the herb or cream cheese mixture evenly across the pastry.Evenly scatter the ham and shredded cheese over the top.Roll It Up:Carefully roll the pastry sheet into a log, starting from one end (like shown in the top image).Slice the roll into 5–6 pieces (like pinwheels or squares if flattening slightly).Bake:Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden color.Bake for 20–25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.Serve:Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with garlic yogurt sauce or a dip of your choice.🍽️ Tip:These rolls are perfect for breakfast, brunch, parties, or even lunchboxes.
